- Scope of Service:
We provide premium-quality CCTV camera installation, configuration, and testing services at the customer’s location. The installation process includes determining the camera location, mounting, and connecting. - Procedure:
First, a site visit will be conducted with the customer, where we will determine the ideal location for security. After that, our team will carry out the installation on the scheduled date, and the system’s functionality will be verified after completion. - Included Services:
- Camera installation
- Camera cabling and connection
- System function testing
- Basic operation training
- Not Included:
- Provision of power supply arrangements
- Legal advice or approvals
- Additional customization (if the customer requests special requirements, a separate agreement will be made)
- Long-term maintenance or service contracts (if required, a separate agreement must be made)
- Pricing:
The installation cost will depend on the camera used, the complexity of the work, and the location. All costs will be communicated to the customer in advance, and no work will begin without approval. - Cancellation Policy:
If the customer wishes to reschedule or cancel the installation, they must inform us at least 3 days in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee will be charged. - Liability:
After installation, the customer is responsible for ensuring the security of the system and regularly checking its functionality. If any faults or issues arise, they must contact us.
