- Scope of Service:
We provide premium-quality CCTV camera installation, configuration, and testing services at the customer’s location. The installation process includes determining the camera location, mounting, and connecting. - Procedure:
First, a site visit will be conducted with the customer, where we will determine the ideal location for security. After that, our team will carry out the installation on the scheduled date, and the system’s functionality will be verified after completion. - Included Services:
- Installation of CCTV cameras at designated locations.
- Mounting and secure fixing of cameras.
- Connection to DVR/NVR and existing power supply.
- Cable routing and basic cable management.
- Camera angle adjustment and positioning.
- Basic system configuration and live view setup.
- Recording and playback functionality check.
- Final testing and demonstration to the customer.
- Not Included:
- CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, hard disk, cables, adapters, or other equipment.
- Additional wiring beyond the service package.
- Wall cutting, concealed wiring, or civil work.
- Network configuration for remote mobile viewing (unless specifically included).
- Electrical point installation or modification.
- Replacement of faulty CCTV equipment or accessories.
- Repair of existing CCTV systems.
- Maintenance contract (AMC) or future service visits.
- Pricing:
The installation cost will depend on the camera used, the complexity of the work, and the location. All costs will be communicated to the customer in advance, and no work will begin without approval. - Liability:
After installation, the customer is responsible for ensuring the security of the system and regularly checking its functionality. If any faults or issues arise, they must contact us.
Important Note: Materials, CCTV equipment, cables, connectors, accessories, electrical work, network setup, civil work, and any additional installation requirements beyond the standard package will be charged separately after customer approval.
