• New wiring or rewiring work.
• Switchboard repair or replacement.
• False ceiling modifications.
• Civil work or drilling beyond standard installation requirements.

Repair

Included

• Inspection and diagnosis of fan issues.
• Cleaning and basic servicing.
• Tightening of loose connections and fittings.
• Performance and speed check.
• Basic troubleshooting.

Not Included

• Spare parts replacement.
• Motor rewinding or replacement.
• Capacitor replacement.
• New wiring installation.
• Fan replacement.

Important Note: Materials, spare parts, electrical accessories, switches, sockets, wiring beyond the specified limit, civil work, and any additional work requested by the customer will be charged separately after customer approval.
