Geyser Installation
Includes
Installation of one geyser at the designated location.
Secure wall mounting using existing mounting points.
Connection to existing water inlet and outlet pipes.
Connection to existing electrical power point.
Leak testing and functional performance check.
Basic safety inspection after installation.
Not Includes
Cost of geyser and mounting accessories.
New plumbing lines or pipe extensions.
New electrical wiring, switches, sockets, or MCB installation.
Wall drilling, tile cutting, or civil work.
Concealed plumbing or electrical modifications.
Spare parts and additional fittings.
Geyser Uninstallation
Includes
Safe removal of one geyser from the wall.
Disconnection of existing plumbing and electrical connections.
Removal of mounting hardware (if reusable).
Basic inspection after removal.
Handover of the uninstalled geyser to the customer.
Not Includes
Reinstallation at another location.
New plumbing or electrical work.
Wall repair, tile repair, or painting.
Transportation or shifting of the geyser.
Disposal of old geyser.
Repairs to damaged plumbing or electrical connections.
Geyser Replacement
Includes
Uninstallation of the existing geyser.
Installation of the new geyser at the same location.
Connection to existing water inlet, outlet, and electrical point.
Leak testing and performance testing.
Basic safety inspection after replacement.
Not Includes
Cost of mounting brackets or hardware.
Geyser installation or uninstallation.
Wall strengthening or structural repairs.
Tile cutting, wall drilling beyond standard installation, or civil work.
Plumbing or electrical modifications.
Painting and wall finishing.
Important Note: Materials, spare parts, mounting brackets, plumbing accessories, electrical accessories, drilling beyond standard installation, civil work, and any additional work requested by the customer will be charged separately after customer approval.*
